2. Eligibility: Must be a legal U.S. resident and 18 years or older to win. Participating entries must “Like” Park City Lodging, Inc. on Facebook and fill our the Enter to Win form. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Park City Lodging, Inc., and each of their affiliated parent, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, entities furnishing prizes, or who are otherwise connected with the conduct of this promotion, and their immediate families and members of their households, are all ineligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. on December 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on February 17, 2012. To enter, visit Park City Lodging on Facebook and fill our the Enter to Win form. (Must “Like” Park City Lodging to enter). One entry per person. One male and one female winner will be selected in a random drawing and notified by telephone or email on or about February 17, 2012 and will have 4 calendar days to complete the requisite affidavit of eligibility and publicity release in order to claim the prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with all instructions provided in the notification. If prize is not claimed or requisite affidavit of eligibility and publicity release is not received within the required period of time, an alternative potential winner will be drawn. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), at least one of winner’s guests must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. If any of winner’s guests are minors (as determined by their state of residence), winner or another guest must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Must have at least 500 participants to select a Winner (so tell your friends).
4. Prize #1: One pair of women’s 2012 Rossignol Temptation 82 160 Skis with Binding. Prize #2: Men’s Rossignol Angus Amptek 157 Snowboard (no bindings). Prize are nontransferable. No substitution or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this event will be the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsors are not responsible if winner does not redeem an element of the prize. If the winner is instructed by Sponsor to personally pick up an element of the prize or otherwise cooperate in accessing the prize, s/he must claim it on or before Feb 28, 2011 in order to access prize.
5. Event Entities and prize providers are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Event or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Sponsor is not liable for injuries incurred by operating equipment. Sponsors are not responsible for lost entries due to telephonic or electronic malfunctions, or any computer, browser, server, or other equipment malfunction that may or may not interfere with entries. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned as a result of any causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention or fraud which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Event, then, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to publicly announce the winners name.
6. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Sponsor and may be enacted at any time. 7. In the event that a winner voluntarily chooses to not accept a prize, s/he automatically forfeits all claims to that prize.
