We offer a variety of properties suitable for groups, including condominiums ranging from studios to 5 bedrooms and homes ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. Group Qualifications: In order to receive a group rate, you must be booking either four (4) properties OR enough properties to house twenty (20) people for a minimum of 5 nights. Most of the condominiums qualify for discounted group rates, while luxury homes (4-7 bedrooms) generally do not qualify for group discounts.
Park Station Condominiums This is the optimal property for many groups. Located at the North end of Main Street, not only can guests indulge in shopping, dining and nightlife – all within walking distance – but these rental properties in Park City also provide convenient access to Park City Mountain Resort ski runs via Park City’s unique Town Lift. With 70 privately owned condominiums, enjoy a unique collection of hotel rooms, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Park Station offers some of the most reasonably priced lodging options in the area, with two common area hot tubs, a sauna; free high-speed wireless internet access, a conference room that can accommodate up to 80 people and common area laundry facilities. Guests visiting in the summer can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool. Park Station is located on the free town shuttle route for easy access to many locations throughout town, including Kimball Junction and the Tanger Outlet Mall.
Edelweiss Haus Condominiums Enjoy a selection of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominiums and a convenient meeting room for social gatherings of 20-40 people. Park City Lodging represents more than a dozen Park City rental properties at Edelweiss Haus, and the property has an outdoor heated pool and large outdoor hot tub in the middle of the courtyard. Other Park City Lodging condominiums can be booked within 1 block to provide additional lodging at Snowcrest, Powderpoint, Empire House, Silver Cliff Village, or Shadow Ridge.
Timberwolf Lodge Within walking distance to The Canyons resort, Timberwolf Lodge boasts spacious 2 bedroom townhomes with beautiful river rock fireplaces. Groups enjoy these rustic 2 bedroom Park City townhome rental properties equipped with two common area hot tubs, high speed wireless internet access, private washer/dryers, underground parking, and a short walk to the Cabriolet surface lift at The Canyons.
Suncreek Condominiums Choose from a selection of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominiums in the Prospector Square area. With a gazebo housing an outdoor hot tub, the ability to walk to several restaurants, stores and the free town shuttle, this is an ideal group setting.
Racquet Club Townhomes These townhomes have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a loft and are conveniently located near the public facilities for tennis, swimming, exercising, and a privately-operated pub perfect for group bookings.
