Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City’s charming historic district. Rio Grande 202 is at the nexus of everything Park City offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City Mountain’s Town Lift. It’s literally steps away from historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-out to Park City Mountain. Win. Win.

This luxurious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo that sleeps 8 is the perfect place to return to after exploring all Park City has to offer. The home chef will love the well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and the gorgeous waterfall island and open concept make entertaining a delight. Unwind on the stylish furnishings near the gas-burning fireplace while enjoying the large flat-screen TV or soak in the mountain views through picture windows.

When it’s time to turn in, truly relax in luxurious bedrooms each complete with private en suite bathrooms with heated floors. The main suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and walk-in shower. The shared rooftop deck boasts some of the best views in all of Park City. Featuring a hot tub, gas bar-b-que, fire pit, and lounge seating perfect for an après ski beverage, watching the skiers on the Town Lift runs, or stargazing. If you catch a chill, the social lounge just inside from the rooftop deck is the perfect spot to wind the evening down.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

There is no place better to stay in Park City than Rio Grande 202. I have visited Park City many times and this condo ranks #1 in my book for location, comfort, and amenities. Its central location allows you to hop on a bus, grab an e-bike, hop on the Town Lift, walk up Main Street, drop into one of PC's best restaurants, pickup a trail... all within a 1-5 min walk. It's incredible! The condo itself is modern in design and cozy at the same time; it's a great place to come back to unwind after a day outdoors - the sofa has a great view of the mountain you've likely just climbed and an even better view is on the roof deck! I was always the only one using the space so it felt private (I hesitate to share my secret here!). The condo also has top notch appliances, a washer/dryer, hot tub and BBQ on the roof, reserved parking, it has everything you could ask for from an in-town location.

We had the pleasure of staying at Rio Grande 202 over the 4th of July holiday this summer and couldn’t have been more pleased. The management company was a pleasure to deal with - beginning with the clear communications they sent ahead of our arrival, to helping direct us to the building upon arrival, to checking in during our stay. We were happy to find that the apartment was everything that was promised - impeccably clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Finally, the location can’t be beat. The building is in the middle of town and right at the base of the chairlift - everything you need is a stones throw away.
