About the property

Stay just one block from Town Lift for easy access to Park City Mountain, this freshly updated condo sleeps 6! One parking space is also provided. It's an easy stroll to Main Street with its numerous restaurants, galleries, shops, and nightclubs and the free town shuttle provides quick access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all of the area's many activities and entertainment.

The main bedroom has a king bed and features a 32" TV and iPod deck and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can convert to a king with advanced notice, a CD player and games. The king sofa sleeper in the living room is great for two additional guests. There's a second full bath convenient to the second bedroom and living room.

The full kitchen has everything you need to make snacks and meals. With a dining table for 6 plus 3 counter stools the space is great for everyone to spend time together. And all can warm up and relax in the living room with its wood burning fireplace and 42" TV with DVD. Balcony with seating area.

Park Station complex offers free wi-fi, coin-op laundry, elevator, parking, outdoor hot tub and pool during winter/summer, and indoor hot tub and sauna in winter months. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Economy rating.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in PC. We were only here for a short stay in August, but the condo was in a great location and walking distance to everything! The pool and hot tub were great too! Kitchen was fully equipped and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Would recommend!

Was perfect for our weekend getaway. Super close to historic main street and a gorgeous view of the ski slopes from the balcony. Only issue could be parking. Off season wasn't an issue but there weren't many extra stalls.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a bit outdated but we saw that online and not any surprise. It was very close to downtown. We checked in 3/14/20 about three hours before PCMR shut down. So we didn't get to utilize the condo as we had hoped. We shortened our trip to a couple days and made the best of it. The hot tubs stayed open and the management team refunded our unused stay. I would have no problem booking this condo again and would recommend to anyone.
