If you need to rent more traditional meeting spaces at local hotels, it is still possible to enjoy the greater comforts of condominiums and homes for your accommodations, providing your participants with amenities such as kitchens, living and dining rooms, outdoor decks, and private hot tubs that would not be available in a hotel setting.

Just 36 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport, Park City has 23 professional meeting and convention properties able to accommodate groups of 10 to 350, and offers a wide variety of before- and after-meeting activities. Park City provides meeting planners over 3,000 committable guest rooms ranging from full-service hotels to bed and breakfast inns.
Edelweiss Haus offers a convenient meeting room for ski club welcome receptions and similar social gatherings of 20-40 people. R&R Properties represents more than a dozen 2 bedroom condominiums at Edelweiss Haus, with an outdoor heated pool and large outdoor hot tub in the middle of the courtyard. Other R&R condominiums can be booked within a 1 block radius to provide additional lodging capacity (1 bedroom, 1+loft, and/or 2 bedroom condominiums) at Snowcrest, Powderpointe, Empire House, Silver Cliff Village, and Shadow Ridge.
