Quick and easy walk to the many outstanding restaurants, galleries, shops, and bars that line Main Street.
This luxurious residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, free high speed wireless Internet, a gas fireplace, and private hot tub. The living room features a 52" flat screen Sony LED LCD TV, Sony Blu-ray Disc Player and Home Theatre System, with DVD and VCR. There is free designated underground parking with elevator access. The Master bedroom suite features a Queen bed, 27" TV with DVD and VCR, and full bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom you will find another Queen bed and a 27" TV with DVD and VCR. The 3rd bedroom provides 2 sets of Twin bunks with 27" TV plus DVD and VCR. This luxury residence can sleep up to 10 with Queen, Queen, 2 sets of Twin bunk-beds, and a sofa-sleeper. This property is non-smoking.
NOTE: There is a $150 hot tub start-up during the summer months; from resort closing to resort opening.

sundance film festival probably drove cost up but place was nice and located next to downtown.
