This Town Pointe property offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, and free high-speed wireless Internet access. The luxurious living room includes a gas fireplace and a 45" SC TV with DVD. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of your own private hot tub on the deck. Other amenities include private washer/dryer and a convenient underground parking garage serviced by the elevator just outside your condo. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a King bed with private full bathroom and cable TV. The guest bedroom suite includes a Queen bed with cable TV and private bathroom. Overall happy with the space, layout and location of proerty. Had a problem with running out of HOT Water. They came and said they fixed it but again water went cold next few days.
Thank you for your feedback. 100% guest satisfaction is very important to us so we apologize that you experienced problems with the hot water during your visit. The water heaters in Town Pointe properties are 50 gallon tanks and will accommodate about 4 or 5 people taking consecutive showers (less if some in the party take long showers). This property accommodates 8 guests in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and if time is not allowed between running the dishwasher, washing machine and showering, hot water will inevitably run out. We did check on this particular units water heater and it is working properly. We would ask that guest allow time in between showers to allow the water to heat back up.
