Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome with gorgeous mountain views! Racquet Club 171 is located very close to the shuttle stop on the free city-wide shuttle route and is only 1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort. Golf course and nice open space surround this condo.
This lovely townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 10. There are 4 cable TVs with VCR/DVD, a CD stereo, private washer/dryer, and gas fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. High speed wireless Internet access is provided throughout. Guests will also enjoy the large outdoor deck with mountain views. This property sleeps 12 with King, King + Twin sofa-sleeper, 2 sets of Bunk-beds (one is a Pyramid Double/Twin) in 3rd bedroom, plus a new sofa-sleeper in the living room. These condos are also located in a large complex ideal for groups or family reunions. Racquet Club 171 is an upgraded non-smoking unit, among the nicest at Racquet Club.

The condo was very nice. It had nice furniture, appliances, tv's, etc. The gas stove was a plus. The hot tub on the front deck was a nice way to relax after skiing all day. We even had friends who stayed at a hotel come over every night. Don't forget laundry soap. We had to wash towels during our stay, but having a washer/dryer in the condo makes it easy. I was the lucky one and got to stay in the master bedroom, but I could hear a lot of squeaking in the floors above in the bunk room. Not much room for luggage up in the bunk room either. Two people kept their luggage in the master bedroom. It does have a detached garage, but don't leave anything in there that you can't lock up. Ours was a three car garage (we had 1 stall) that was shared with two other condos. One person in our group had their snowboard bag stolen out of the garage. This condo is very close to the bus stop. If you walk on the road it is about a block, but if you cut through the lawn it's just a few hundred feet. Overall I enjoyed our stay. The private hot tub was the best thing.

This is one of the nicest townhomes I've stayed in while boarding. The descriptions and pictures depict the townhome perfectly and the size wasn't too cramped for the 12 of us that stayed there. RacquetClub 171 is very close to the ski resorts that we visited (Park City and Canyons) and close to other conveniences like the store and such. I have no complaints about this place and would highly recommend staying here. If I went back to Park City, I would for sure book Racquetclub 171 again.

Overall, the stay was a sucess. There were a few days the hot tub was unavailable but that was more of a nusiance. We never could connect with the wireless internet. The condo was well maintained and stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The location was perfect and we would consider staying again.

The condo I stayed in was renovated and well kept. Other condos that I saw were not as nice or kept as clean. I would absolutely recommend the condo I stayed in to others.

Stayed at 171 Raquet Club and were very happy with the condo. It has all the amenities we were looking for (grill, hot tub, wireless internet) and was a 1-minute walk away from the shuttle stop which will get you to Park City or Deer Valley in 10 minutes...or the Canyons in 15 with 1 transfer. With a small discount we fit 9 in here for super-cheap. My only concern is that while we slept comfortably, 9 adults was pushing the limits of the living space. The livingroom/kitchen are undersized for this size of group unless you have children. Park City Lodging was easy to work with and I would happily use them again.

Upon our arrival, the water was not turned on in the home. We didn't have water for the first 24 hours. Service came promptly so that was good. The next morning, we noticed a huge leak above the kitchen sink. Apparently a pipe had burst. Again, service came promptly, but it was inconvenient. The company refunded one night. The pics make the home appear much larger than it really was. We had two families of four and it was a little cramped.

It was beautifully decorated, location was great for the bus, it was really nice to have all the amenities that was provided by the condo. However, the kitchen table was too long, made the kitchen too crowded, I wasn't abel to use the toilet the whole week we stayed there, took 2days for someone to come look at the toilet to tell me we can't use it, the upstairs shower didn't drain the water well and TV/DVD with 4 different remote was little too hard to figure out. It would be nice if there was a direction of how to use the TV

Our family with 2 children stayed at this condo for 4 nights with another family with 2 children. We were extremely pleased with how nice this condo is: modern, well-stocked kitchen with new appliances. Cozy living room just off the kitchen with gas fireplace and plenty of seating. Both master bedrooms had king beds, though one bedroom was on the small side. A third-level loft area with bunkbeds was just fine for kids. This condo is extremely clean. It felt like it had just been renovated. The owners obviously spend time there themselves: there's art on the walls, homey knickknacks (but not too many), plenty of kitchen gadgets and dishes: this is a real home, not a bare-bones rental. On the first night, we struggled a bit to get the heat at the right temperature for all three levels, but we figured it out by the second night. Overall, great condo at a great value!

When traveling, we usually rent hotel rooms. This time we decided to splurg and it was completely worth it. And the best thing was between two families, it was not any more money than a small impersonal hotel room. The home was comfortable with fullly equip kitchen to do some cooking. It had comfy warm beds, a washer/driyer for drying ski clothes at the end of the day, and your very own hot tub! The unit was so close to the bus stop for travel into PC/Deer Vallley that we never even rented a car. The top floor was great for the 4 kids to have fun, and the two bedrooms housed the adults wonderfully. We had a great time and will definately seek out this unit for the next trip to Park City. It was the best vacation home ever!!! Park City Lodging was very accommodating and ensured our stay was the very best as well. Thanks to them and the owners of the unit, we had a great time!!!

Inconvenient layout with four beds on the upper level with no bathroom and a full bathroom on the lower level with no bedrooms! Good location on a bus line.

After visiting and comparing Park City to various well known vacation resorts, over the years, we discovered that Park City offered far more than most!? It is Park City's proximity to the airport (35 minutes), and Park City's culture and incredible snow and weather conditions that make it so desirable. Let's not forget Park City's, fabulous family atmosphere, its great restaurants and the year round activities offered for the entire family that make Park City the perfect vacation location.
A great deal of effort and time was devoted into finding the best Park City location for our vacation homes. We opted for the Racquet Club, at Park Meadows for several reasons. Its park like setting, on a golf course, offers well maintained grounds, larger floor plans than most complexes visited, and is immediately adjacent to a state of the art recreation center. The Racquet Club Recreation Center has swimming pools, tennis courts, classes and trainers, etc.
As a bonus, the 2 homes we purchased at #171 and #172 Racquet Club are directly on the free Park City shuttle/ bus stop for ease of access to the slopes and Main Street. Our homes are within walking distance, under a mile, to a small strip mall with bank, sporting goods shop, cinema, and grocery store. Furthermore, skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing , hiking and cycling trails are abundant, all within 5 minutes. Summer vacationers will also enjoy the world class fly fishing in the nearby Provo River & Green River as well as the numerous outstanding golf courses.
Property Description
We proceeded to remodel and furnish our homes at #171 and #172 with a western theme to add dimension and interest. Having access to 2 homes that are adjoining to each other facilitates large family and friends reunions.
At #171, a complete remodel in 2007 added square footage, now this unit has more than 1600SF with 3 distinct bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom ?with slate flooring. This home sleeps 12 total on 3 levels.
The remodeled kitchen offers Alder hi-low cabinetry, upgraded appliances with wine cooler, Silestone/granite countertops, slate and hardwood flooring. The kitchen is open to the Living Room. It has a custom table that sits 12 persons. The kitchen has a pantry and is equipped with every cookware and serving utensil needed for the chef at heart.
The lower level gives the feeling of a Great Room. The Living Room has custom furniture and carries an American Indian theme. It has a gas fireplace with a stacked stone fade, on which hangs the flat screen TV. The fireplace is banked by built-in bookcases housing the Bose entertainment center with Blue Ray and surround sound. The large sliders and windows offer a panoramic view of the mountains. The sleeper sofa was upgraded for sleeping comfort. A bath with shower is found on this level.
The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: The Moose/Elk Room and The Park City Master Suite. Both offer cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, flat screen TV's, and king size beds. The main bath has a jet tub. The sitting area in the Master Suite has as a twin bed sleeper/sofa and large sliders offering a view of the mountain. A gas fireplace also enhances the comfort of the Park City Master suite.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd level.
Distinctive artwork, collected from various parts of the world, adorns the walls of this home and completes the unique western theme of every room.
The Bear Room on the 3rd floor has bunk beds that sleep 5, with a double bed and 3 twins.
An open front porch with rocking chairs and a large rear deck with hot tub complete the appeal of this attractive home. Extreme attention to details was given during the remodel of this home. It was important that our vacation homes provide us all with a memorable experience every time. The superior comfort level and the beautiful surroundings make #171 Racquet Club, truly a home away from home.
