Beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom/3bathroom townhome in Park Meadows offers you breathtaking mountain views and a great location. Right next to the golf course and open space. The townwhome has a full kitchen, dining table, cable TVs(3) with DVD player, gas fireplace, gas grill on deck, private washer/dryer. There is garage parking for 1 car plus extra undesignated outdoor parking. Sleeps 8 with King, Queen, Queen in loft, and sofa-sleeper. Non-smoking property.
Note: This loft is accessed from 2nd bedroom, so loft and 2nd bedroom are not private from each other.

Overall decent place. The bedding had some strange crusty white spots that were really gross and freaked us out, but that was the main issue. We really would have LOVED to have a jacuzzi outside and I am thinking that we will have to rent a place with one next year.

Nice place to stay that is close to everything. The kitchen is a little cramped with the table in the middle, but overall a very nice property.

This is the first time we have stayed in a non-ski in/ ski out place. It was not problem. We always rent a car, so getting to and from the slopes was easy. The unit is nice and spacious except for the kitchen. There is a table for 6 right in the middle of the kitchen which makes it very cramped. There is no food disposal in the sink. So odd given the other amenities.The frequency and quality of housekeeping services is awful. We had one lone dish towel which disappeared via housekeeping on day 2. They never changed the bed linens (was supposed to be done mid week). Never vacuumed or swept. There was a WIFI router in the living room, but we could not get and were not offered internet access for free or for a fee. One extra blaket was not enough. Nice to have a private washer and dryer. The unit is for sale, but no one at the rental office had clue about cost, time listed etc.

This is the second year we have stayed at Racquet Club 106. Check-in was smooth. The condo had some maintenance issues last year which still have not been fixed: hot water handle in the mater bath is broken, shower curtain is too short in master and water leaks all over the floor no matter what sort of "fix" I rig up; there is no disposal in the kitchen sink, making kitchen clean-up difficult. A major irritation is not being able to get on the internet. There is a router in the living room; so obviuosly the owners have internet access, but guests (paying top dollar) are not permitted on the internet. Ridiculous. Not sure the carpet has ever been thoroughly cleaned. No cvoers for the frying pans. The Racquet Club facility (tennis and work-out equip) has been razed and is being rebuilt..not mentionned when we made our reservation. So, we are looking for different accommodations next year.
