We didn't have hot water in our place for 2 of our 4 day stay. No one was in the office after hours and the emergency number did not work which made the problem harder to address. When we finally did get a hold of someone in management they were very responsive and apologetic. Overall the customer service was excellent but unfortunately the water heater was broken. I think it was a random thing but it did make the trip less enjoyable. They did refund us for the time without hot water which was nice. Overall the place was nice and well worth the cost if we had hot water. I would recommend the place and the rental agency and would use them again.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. It is very rare to have a water heater break down completely like this but we strive to replace such equipment as rapidly as possible when it happens. Thank you for the feedback.

We stayed for 6 weeks in this nice unit across from the city park. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full size washer-dryer. The living area on the first floor is a bit small but as we were generally gone all day, it was not too inconvenient. There were several minor problems with the unit but Park City Lodging took care of them the day we called them in. The 3rd week in July is a loud week to be by the city park (yearly softball tournament) but the reserved parking made up for the nonstop cheering and it was nice not to be in one of the 4 units that face out on to Park Avenue. We would be happy to occupy this unit again next summer.
