Motherlode F is walking distance to the Town Lift, which will take you up to the mountain for some world class skiing at Park City Mountain Resort and even closer to some of Park City's finest restaurants and shops.
Amenities include a full kitchen, dining for 4, cable TV/DVD in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. There is also a gas fireplace, garage parking for one car (designated) and a private washer/dryer. This property will sleep four guests with a Queen, Queen bed configuration. This is a non-smoking property.

Loved the location. One block off Main Street. The bed situation is incorrect on the web site. Only 2 queen beds. That was fine for us. Might be bad is someone is expecting to sleep 5. The hot tub was missing. We were disappointed. The living room only sits 3. Love seat, chair. Might be bad for 2 couples. Has a door off the master to the street behind which is great. You don't have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Every thing is new and nicely done.
Thanks for the feedback, and we are sorry for any inconvenience. The beds were replaced and the sleeping configuration changed in the recent remodel, and there is now a Queen bed in each bedroom as you noted; our website was not updated quickly enough with this change but it has reflected the new arrangement for quite some time now. There is no hot tub at Motherlode and we do not advertise one; we do have many properties with either a private or common area hot tub, but Motherlode is not one of them. Many thanks.

A perfect condo for a ski vacation! Not quite ski in and ski out, but only two short blocks to the Town Lift. You also do not need a car, since you can walk one block to Main Street for shopping and meals. 2 new large beautiful bathrooms and completely outfitted kitchen. Entire unit furnished very comfortably. The daily maid service was a nice touch! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time!. We needed a roll away bed and within 20 minutes of calling the office we received it. No complaints about the interior of the condo, nice gas fireplace. Only thinkg that could make it better? We do kind of wish there was a hot tub.

Park City Lodging is wonderful. They did a great job overall. We had a great stay here in the motherlode F. The condo was clean & newly renovated. There was a new flat screen TV in each room. The dishwasher and washer/dryer was great to have. The gas fireplace was so nice. The underground parking was wonderful w/ the option of parking also in the back of the condo outside of the master suite. The best thing about this condo was the location. It's within steps to the town lift and one block from the main street. Another great thing about this condo is that it is on the top floor of the building and we didn't hear any sounds from any other condo's. It's QUIET!!! I would highly recommend this condo and if it's still available we are staying there next year! The only thing missing is a hot tub.

Didnt really care for the toenail clippings left on the master bathroom floor. Customer service at the office was not that great either. We had an emergency situatuion and was directed to go to another hotel for help. It was hard sleeping in the master bedroom because the furnance was extremely loud. Would wake us up 2-3 times a night. The condo itself was nice. Plenty of room for four people. Wish the living room had seating for four people though. Only has a loveseat and chair.

This is a really nice unit: big enough, nice kitchen, nice bathrooms, very clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The location is just about unbeatable; easy walk to town lift, any restaurant in the old town, and easy access to the buses to Deer Valley or Canyons. Location is quiet. There is little street noise or groomers in the middle of the night. It is on the top floor but the back side entrance makes it easy to load and unload. If arriving or departing by shuttle make sure your driver is aware of this convenience. The only issue is that the blower for the furnace is quite loud and right next to the master bedroom. It is particularly noisy when it is starting up. The owner just needs to replace the blower and be done with it. This is the only thing keeping this unit from being an excellent unit.
