    Enjoy this lovely private home centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of Park City! This is the perfect location for a large family, a group of friends, or two families vacationing together. Just minutes from skiing at any of Park City's three resorts, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and Canyons. Catch the free shuttle and enjoy the many amenities of Main Street, including shopping, dining, and nightlife.

    This property has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, including 2 master suites! There is a full kitchen, dining for 14, a large living room with a gas fireplace, a large family room on the lower level with its own kitchenette, table area, huge (52") TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy high speed internet access, an in-room safe, a private hot tub, garage parking for two cars plus extra parking on the street, washer/dryer and TVs/DVDs in each bedroom. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom (gas fireplace), a queen bed in the 2nd master, queen beds in 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a set of bunk beds (with a full size bed on bottom) plus a twin bed in the 5th bedroom. This is a non-smoking property.

    NOTE: Starting April 10th, the hot tub will be out of service for the summer. There is a $150 start up service fee.

    Spacious house on two bus lines. Could not have asked for more.

    Excellent service from the time we landed at SLC until we left SLC a week later. Checkin at Park City Lodging went perfectly. The house was more spacious than we expected and being on two bus lines; red and yellow was ideal. Only complaint was that the house had a tendency to get to warm at night.

    1.Why did you choose Park City, Utah for your second home? What about Park City appeals to you?

    When we bought our home in 1988 we had just spent our first Christmas vacation here and fell in love with the town and the people. We had four young children and the family-oriented community atmosphere is what sold us. We love the quaintness of old town and the friendliness of the people. Park City is such an "opposite" for us since we live in South Florida and found out very quickly that the summers here are fantastic!
    2. What specifically do you enjoy about the location of your home?
    Our home is located on an oversized lot in the beautiful friendly section of Prospector, such a short distance from the ski slopes and Main Street. The walking distance to the shuttle is a mere half-block, which was another great feature for us having great concern for the safety of our children when they were younger.
    3. What is exceptional about your second home?
    What makes our home exceptional is the convenience of having the capability of serving 2 families that want to vacation together yet have some division and privacy since our home has 2 levels, each with large-screen TV's and DVD players, as well as their own kitchens. Our large hot tub is private
