We decided to try and stay right on historic Main St. this year as we are artists who have a booth at the Park City arts Festival. For location, this place was unbeatable, It was only two blocks from our booth space and with a kitchen and washer/dryer it was as good as being at home. If you want to be in the heart of the action of Park City this is the place to stay. For us this ended up being a negative, since the weekend of the arts Festival it was very noisy and we could not get any sleep. The place is beautiful. A fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture in the living room, really all the amenities you need. There is underground parking for the condo which is helpful as well. I did have a few negatives however. The main problem for us was the internet never really worked the entire time we were there. They sent maintenance twice to get it to work but after an hour the connection was lost again. If you don't need this, then this may not mean much but for us this was a problem. Also there was only a double bed in the bedroom which seemed too small given the quality of the condo overall. Seems like a nicer bed would really up the wow factor here. There was a nice second TV in the bedroom but they had never activated the digital cable box so it didn't work either. Luckily we were working most of the weekend so these issues were not that big of a deal but if someone was spending a lot of time in the space it might be annoying.

The condo is nicely furnished, clean, comfortable bed, well equipped. Check in/orientation process was insuffficient and extremely inconvenient. Nobody pointed out the features of our unit such as an access door in the building on the second floor leading out to the town lift with our own ski locker situated by that door - we figured that out on our own after two days of walking up and down stairs with our ski equipment! We also didn't know there was daily clean up service - which we appreciated, but were surprised someone had been in our unit. We had to go out of our way with our van service to check in - therefore we got dropped off last! Ugh. You might as well leave a key under the mat for what value we got out of check in - sheesh! Also, I called Park City lodging to find out where the nearest ski rental shop was. I was directed to aloha sports which is about 10 blocks up Main st. Hello - there's a ski rental shop in the building!!! Park City Lodging - are you realtors or are you in the hospitality business? Certainly not customer oriented service. Kudos on the property, however, great place.

Nice condo! Great location and only steps and I mean steps from town lift. Only downside is it has terrible lighting. If you wear makeup, bring a lighted mirror. Also brung laundry detergent, coffee and spices as they aren't provided.
Thank you for taking time to review your recent stay at Lift Lodge 306. Park City Lodging, Inc. will have the lighting assessed to determine if it can be improved. While we do provide complimentary first morning's coffee, we do not leave condiments in the properties due to risk of contamination. We have also found most guests perfer to purchase their own laundry detergent based on taste and indivudal needs. Again, we appreciate hearing from our guests and learning how we can improve upon our services for future visits and look forward to serving you again in the near future. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.
