Enjoy a mountainous view in this two bedroom, two full bath condo with fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and private washer/dryer. There is dining for 4 plus bar stools. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, 35"cable TV plus DVD/VCD and CD stereo. Master bedroom features King bed with full bath including jetted tub, plus 25" TV with DVD. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, full bath with jetted tub, and 20" TV with DVD. Building provides high-speed wireless Internet access and two indoor common area hot tubs. Underground parking and elevator access make for convenient and comfortable access in all weather. Sleeps 6 with King, Twin/Twin, and sofa-sleeper. Property is non-smoking.
Note:? Lift Lodge has 2 common indoor hot tubs. One is open year-round and the other is open during winter season only.

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was very nice, convenient to the town lift, and convenient to Main Street in Park City. We were literally w/in feet of the lift and would certainly stay there again. The only thing that would have been better is if there had been a pool or something @ the condo for the kids @ night. Also, because of the time of year, we did have a few warm days. The skiing was great, but not as great as we expected, but that was only because of the warmer weather. I would certainly recommend this trip and Lift Lodge.

We couldn't believe how convenient this was - our assigned parking space was within a few feet of the elevator and room 301 was just a few steps down the hallway. There was a ski rental store on the second floor that offered a 20% discount for those staying at Lift Lodge. The chair lift is right outside the door. And the kicker: at the end of the day we were able to ski down the mountain and over a bridge, right back to the condo! There are lockers in the hallway on the second floor for ski equipment, so we simply dropped our stuff off and took the stairs up one level. Unbelievable convenience! The building can be exited on the second floor and all the shops and restaurants are just up the street. The condo itself is beautiful, decorated in a southwestern style. Plenty of space for up to 6 people; we had 4 in our group.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and located in a perfect spot for ski in,ski out as well as apres ski fun. We had four teenagers in our group and they were able to enjoy the mountain and Main Street without any difficulties. Everyone had an awesome time!

Why did you choose Park City, Utah for your second home? What about Park City appeals to you?
I chose Park City as a second home because of the highest quality of skiing and ?snow in the world. As well as it's easy access from Southern California. I especially have fallen in love with the town of Park City (Summer and Winter) and it's sophistication and elegance not seen in many ski resorts. I have owned in other resorts and rental income is by far best in Park City. It is an international destination resort.??Nothing like the best skiing and powder, kicking off boots and getting an ice cold draft, taking a Jacuzzi, then getting cleaned up to walk to the best restaurants and entertainment in ski country.
The location of my condo is really one of the finest because it is ski in ski out, right at the base of Park City ski resort at the Town Lift. I literally take about 20 steps from our building to get on the Town Lift. I also can take a lunch break and nap at my condo or dine at the many restaurants on Main Street and be back skiing for the afternoon. Nothing better than taking one last run at the end of the day, popping my skis off and having a nice cold draft at the many choices near Town Lift. If I decide to ski another mountain I just go out to the bus stop a few steps away and away I go. Busses come by every few minutes. My location is wonderful as I get a break from the automobile as everything is right where I stay.
The views from the condo are exceptional as I look out on to Park City Mountain and the Town Lift. I watch from my living room or bedrooms as folks enjoy skiing down to Town Lift. The condo is kept in exceptional condition and updated with the latest flat screen TV's in every room, fireplace and balcony and ski locker slopeside. The condo is on the top floor of the building with exceptional views of Park City Mountain. Across the hall from the unit is a Jacuzzi with views looking out to the mountains.
With 1000 square feet and built in 1999 it was built with luxury in mind with granite countertops, high beam ceilings, fireplace and balcony with views of Park City Mountain from all rooms and close to every amenity imaginable.
