Ideal 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ski-in/ski-out Town Lift condominium, is the perfect getaway vacation home. It is just steps away from lift access to Park City Mountain Resort, as well as all the wonderful shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street. Enjoy the free town shuttle close by on Park Avenue for easy access to Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Resort.
This property offers a full kitchen, dining for 6 plus 4 bar stools, wireless Internet access, indoor common area hot tub, and washer/dryer (private). The living room features a gas fireplace, 25" TV with DVD, VCR, and stereo. In the Master bedroom enjoy a King bed and a 19" TV/VCR. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, a small table with 2 chairs, and a 19" TV/VCR. An elevator provides easy access to and from the underground parking garage. This non-smoking residence sleeps 6 with King, Twin/Twin, and sofa-sleeper.
Note: Lift Lodge has 2 common indoor hot tubs. One is open year-round and the other is open during winter season only.

Pleasant interior that worked well for our family. Great access to the Town Lift and restaurants. Would recommend this unit and the Lift Lodge to friends and would like to return to the Lift Lodge on our next visit to Park City. Do drop in.

We really did liked the place, had pretty much everything you need and really is in a great location. You can catch the free bus just around the corner or jump on the Town Lift right outside. The main bedroom has a king and the second two twins which was important for us with two kids. I do wish, however, that the place was stocked with simple supplies and convienience items though. There was no sponge or brush to wash dishes, no salt, no pepper, no sugar or any other houshould items that really should be provided as a rental. Also, it was hard for our kids to nap as the windows in the second room do not have blinds over the highest part so it was too bright.

We like being at the base of Main Street with parking. The condo was clean and well furnished. The surroundings of course are spectacular.

Why did you choose Park City, Utah for your second home? What about Park City appeals to you?
I attended a conference in Park City 1991 and found the ideal ski town for me. The amount of cruising runs in the 3 ski areas, the apres ski on Main St., and the proximity to the airport are among many reasons I love Park City.
I've owned condos in at Deer Valley and PCMR, but the my Lift Lodge condo is perfect for my lifestyle. Going out the door and right onto the lift, skiing right back to the building, and walking down Main St. at the end of the evening make it the ideal location.
My condo (built in 2001) is approx. 1000 sqft. w/ 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps 6 (sleeper sofa in living room). There are flat screen tv's in each room, fully outfitted kitchen, gas fireplace, jetted tubs in each bathroom, a balcony off the livingroom, and a ski locker in the building. My unit comes with a parking space in the garage although Park City's bus system makes renting a car unnecessary.
