Lakeside 1763 is well appointed, spacious 3 bedroom + Loft, 3.5 bath townhome located in the Snow Park Area of Deer Valley. Conveniently located just a short walk to the free city-wide shuttle stop, or to the lower parking lot of Deer Valley Resort, guests can be at the lifts within a few minutes.
Lakeside has a common area outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna available to guests staying here. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, new furnishings, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, gas BBQ, wireless internet access, a new flat screen TV in the living room and each bedroom and a two car garage. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a King, King, Twin/Twin, Twin/Twin (loft) and Queen Sofa-sleeper bed configuration. This is a non smoking property.
*Note: Hot tub is open year-round. Outdoor pool is open during summer season only.

What a wonderful place! The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The seating areas are arranged so you can have kids in one area and adults in another, yet still feel like you're together. The beds are very comfortable, better than home! The master bedroom and bath are beautiful. It is an easy walk to the base parking lot where you can catch the free shuttle to the base lodge. Perfect vacation home!

The condo was fabulous. Location was great. Our only complaint is that the 'hot' tubs were only 'warm' one evening, so that was disappointing. We didn't go back to use them again after that. We would definitely like to go back to Utah and Lakeside in the future!

This unit was recently renovated and was perfect for our visit to Deer Valley. It was a GREAT location and updated with the latest conveniences and technology. I will definitely return to this location.

Park City Lodging was great. The condo had great amenities, was well equipped, comfortable, warm and close to the slopes. The only debatable description was "walking distance to the slopes" too far with ski gear. Park City Lodging was exteremely accommodating to our schedule and responsive to our requests. Look forward to returning!

This place was great! Completely renovated, comfortable beds, every amenity you could imagine including puzzles, bikes, lawn chairs and family games. There was not one thing we were lacking and we were there for 4 weeks. The only negative was the master bedroom was extremely hot as it was on the 3rd level and many nights we had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom on the bottom level. Luckily that bedroom was not occupied. I would say during the summer, this house without air on the 3rd level is really a two bedroom.

The Lakeside Circle condos were quite close to the Snowpark Lodge base at deer Valley, just off the lower parking lot. Easy enough to walk, esp. if you check your skis & boots at Snowpark at the end of the day. The unit was well-appointed for family living, all standard cooking appliances and utensils were available. We enjoyed the jacuzzi at the end of every ski day, and my parents (70-ish) enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub at the condo clubhouse. Pak City was a gem of a town, very upscale, but still small-town friendly. The skiing was amazing - blue skies and perfectly groomed soft=packed powder every day for a week. Berry Nice!
