    Lakeside 1529 is a lovely, spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhome that just received some property upgrades in Decemeber 2011.  Lakeside townhomes are located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley and is walking distance to the free city-wide shuttle bus stop, providing guests easy access to Deer Valley Resort, as well as Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons, Historic Main Street and many other popular destinations.

    The upgrades of this property include all new carpet and tile floors, new paint and window treatments throughout, as well as new granite counters in the kitchen, new washer/dryer and all three bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Lakeside 1529 provides a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table that can seat 8. The living room has a large flat screen cable TV with DVD, a wood burning fireplace, as well as access to an outdoor patio with gas BBQ. Upstairs you will find a cozy loft with TV. Downstairs is the Master bedroom with a King bed, large flat screen TV and newly upgraded full bath. The guest room features two Twin beds, flat screen TV and newly upgraded bath.  The private washer/dryer are located downstairs, as well as access to the garage, which provides parking for 2 cars. There is a common area outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna at the Lakeside complex. There are sleeping accommodations for 6 with a King, Twin/Twin and Queen sofa-sleeper bed configuration. This is a non-smoking property.

    *Note: Hot tub is open year-round. Outdoor pool is open during ski and summer seasons as well.

    Nice condo

    Nicely surprised by the condo style and value. Got a 4 for 3 night deal. The twin beds are not so great for adults and the loft pull-out should be upgraded. Still a solid 10 minute walk to Deer Valley lifts (without boots or gear), so the advertising was a bit misleading. Deer Valley is nice (no boarding), but Park City Resort was the best ski area and so this wasn't the most convenient location. Still, with a car, everything was easy enough to access.

    The property was great for our family - 2 adults and 3 children. We really needed the 3 full baths. The garage was convenient since we rented a car. it was great having a full kitchen. even though we only ate breakfast there, the frig space and pantry was perfect. We left each morning to go skiing and when we returned, our beds were made, the dishes were cleaned and put away, the trash was emptied, and we had fresh towels - just the way a vacation should be. we did not find the Park City Lodging people to be very helpful when we checked in. we asked them where the hot tub & pool were in the rental complex. they did not know nor did they find out for us. it would have been nice to have a map of the complex. Since the property ad boasts "walk to the lifts", it would have been nice if someone would have told us how to do that. it took a little investigating to figure this out. a map of how to catch the bus route to the lifts would have been nice. Overall, it was a nice property and location. everything was close by.

    We reqally enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very nice. Clean and well equipped. Alos very close to the shuttle stop. Very conveneient.
