    King Road 220 is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 Bath home that overlooks Historic Park City.  This mountain side home has spectacular views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Located on a side street, just a few minutes from Main Street, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this property. The home has ski trail access to Park City Mountain Resort's "Quittin Time" intermediate (blue) ski run via a small side trail that is NOT an official resort trail. This spacious home is 4400 sq ft with vaulted ceilings and mountain decor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 fireplaces, den with wet bar, private outdoor hot tub, steam shower and a two car garage. There is a washer and dryer and high speed internet. The home will sleep 14 in a King + Twin Sofa-sleeper, Queen + Twin, Twin/Twin, Twin/Twin, Twin/Twin and Queen Sofa-sleeper bed configuration. This is a non-smoking property.

    NOTE: Starting April 10th, the hot tub will be out of service for the summer. There is a $150 start up service fee.

    Beautiful Place

    It was such a wonderful experience to all be together in this beautiful house. We were all so comfortable that we only went out to dinner one night during our 7 night stay. Only two minutes from town and the ski slopes made this a truly stress free vacation. We unfortunately did not get to experience the ski out ski in feature due to the warm weather and lack of snow. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Spectacular views / Spectacular retreat

    The process of arriving in Park City, picking up the keys and arriving at the property could not have been easier. The service was great. The house itself was fantastic. There was room for everyone to be together and enough rooms each with TV and bathroom for some alone time. We all enjoyed it.

    too many disruptions

    The house was beautiful and the location was great. The cleaning service did a good job as well. However, for the amount of money we paid, I would've expected more comfortable bedding. It was itchy and uncomfortable. No one in any of the bedrooms liked their bedding. Additionally, the security alarm went off every 4 hrs or so - including in the middle of the night. We never got a good night's sleep. Bob, the owner, came over the first day and said he was taking care of it, but he never did. It was very disruptive, and as we were there for business, extremely frustrating not to sleep through one single night. Further, Bob was over quite a bit. More than any of us would've liked. When I rent a property, I don't think the owner needs to check in/come by. There's no need unless he's called. It was annoying.

In this particular instance, the owner may have felt the need to ensure everything was working properly at the house as he was staying nearby.
