Toto Family
This condo is well equipped and comfortable for a family of four. It is conveniently located on Snow Park Drive and has a wonderful view of Deer Valley. This was our second year renting this condo. We did have one major problem with the furnace dying on us on our arrival. We spent the first night freezing our butts off. The rental management company did send a plumber to fix it the next day and we were fine after that. The hot tub is very enjoyable and the daily housekeeping was a plus. My only gripe would be that the washer/dryer has a very small capacity. Do not plan on washing bulky items here! Overall, the condo is very nice. We liked it so much the first time that we rented again the next year. Deer Valley is not cheap and this is definitely a good value for the money.

After 3 years we still love this Fawngrove unit for its comfort and accessability to Deer Valley skiing and Park City amenities. Our only comment would be that the unit is due for an upgrade or renovation. We look forward to many more stays in the unit.

I thought the condo was well located, well equipped, very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, used the grill one night, took advantage of the Deer Valley shuttle and also used public buses. There was daily maid service. We enjoyed skiing at both Deer Valley and Park CIty. I would recommend that skis be rented from Park City and not Deer Valley Lodge.
