Fawngrove 1508 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley. The free city-wide shuttle stops in front of the complex and will transport you to Deer Valley Resort as well as Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons, Historic Main Street and many other locales. This newly remodeled property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, jetted tub, private outdoor hot tub and wireless internet. Covered parking is available. There are accommodations for 6 in a Queen + Full Futon and Twin/Twin bed configuration. This is a non-smoking property.

This was our first time to Park City. Condo was nice, with a good layout. There was a huge leak in our roof while we were there. I don't know if this was a once in a lifetime occurence, or if it happens all the time, but it was fixed and cleaned up quickly. There was wireless internet, but it didn't work. Luckily, there were enough nearby units that we were able to use another unit's wireless. The rental company gave me the impression that it was much closer to the main resort than it was. From their description, I thought that we would be able to walk, but we were about a kilometer away, and there were no walkways. There is a bus stop right out front, but with three small kids, we didn't want the hassle of a bus or driving. Because of the distance, we ended up driving to the resort everyday. There are many resorts much closer.

We strive to address any maintenance issue as quickly as possible and we are happy to report that the leak has been sucessfully repaired. Most of our properties are not within walking distance of the slopes but are served by the free shuttle bus system that runs throughout the Park City and Deer Valley areas. My family and I enjoyed the house and its location. We loved being able to walk around the pond behind the condo. The air conditioning did not work, which made it a little uncomfortable in the hottest part of the year. We also had trouble finding working outlets within the home. All in all, our stay was so so.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate hearing from our guests. Because Park City is located in the mountains, many of the properties here do not have air conditioning installed. That is the case at Fawngrove 1508. While it can get warm here in the middle of the day, usually an open window or two is a natural way of cooling down the rooms. The only criticism is that the luggage had to be carried from the underground garage up two flights of stairs then outside to the entry door. The interior was very clean, spacious comfortable and the building was convenient to Park City and Deer Valley by bus.

PCL was nothing but excellent in the service they provided at the time of booking through our departure. Fawngrove 1508 was exceptionally clean and maintained that way throughout our stay. I usually stay in a ski in/out location, but the location of this unit to the shuttle stop made getting around very easy. The unit is located in a quiet complex & I liked the underground parking. I would recommend this to friends & I will stay here again when I return to Park City / Deer Valley. The only negative issue was the disparity in maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the home. Little heat came through into the Master bedroom while it was excessive in the front room.

We have rented property 4 years in the Deer Valley area this property was our favorite. It was just a few minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort. The property was perfect and had everything we needed. We will for sure try to get this property again. All of us gave this a 5 star experience.
