Fairway Village 2919 just received a complete remodel and all-new upgrades! This spacious and gorgeous 4 bedroom + loft, 4 bath townhouse is located in the Park Meadows area of Park City. Guests will enjoy cooking for family and friends in the new state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Large dining room table provides dining for 10, plus 4 bar stools. The large living room features leather sofas, two lounge chairs, a gas fireplace, two large flat screen TVs with DVD and amazing views of Park City right outside your window. The master bedroom features a King bed, full bath with steam shower, large walk-in closet, large flat screen TV with DVD and stereo; as well as access to the outdoor deck with private hot tub and the scenic mountain views.
Two guest bedrooms are located on the main floor, as well as two full baths and private washer and dryer. The first guest room has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath. The second guest room has two twin beds and flat screen TV. On the second level you will find the third guest room and loft area. The guest bedroom has a King bed, full bath, flat screen TV and Ipod docking station. The loft area has a large flat screen TV with DVD and provides sleeping for four with a Day bed + trundle, as well as a sofa sleeper.
Other amenities include high speed wireless Internet access, surround sound speaker system throughout house, garage parking for two cars, and large outdoor deck with BBQ grill. At the end of a great day on the mountain, guests can relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the view of the surrounding mountains. This property will sleep 12 in a King, King, Queen, Twin/Twin, Day + Trundle and sofa sleeper. This is a non-smoking property.

The loft above the living room receives all the sounds funneled by the vaulted ceiling. Guys there complained. Hot tub service seemed to come during the time of most use, Apres Ski. Hot Tub received full service(drained and cleaned) on Friday, bad timing. It was not hot again until Saturday morning. Check-in, directions to property and staff all very good. Staff was up early to shovel snow. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans & silverware. Large dining room table.

Place accomnodated our group well. One king size bed was broken down and uncorfortable. Kitchen cabinits badly need refinishing. Looked awful! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Four nights at this property during the snow season when there was little snow. The property was perfect. No compalints and few problems (except for the snow!). The staff were courteous and helpful and professional. In all I recommend both Park City Lodging and this particular property. It was all newly renovated and exceeded our expectations in every particular. Hot tub was great! Since we had small children in our party, I would have preferred not to have the open window areas in the loft, but we managed a work-around. Thank you.
