Mark T.
The first unit we stayed in was unit "M". Didn't realize this unit is below the first level. If you wanted to see it snowing outside, you would have to walk up to the window in the bedroom, and you'd be looking at sidewalk level. The kitchen window looks out at a stairwell. We moved to unit 220a, which was ten times better. Second level, nice balconies and view. If you're going to have a late check in, make sure they have your room keys and paperwork ready at the off property site. Ours was not, which meant we had to travel to and wait at the property, outside in the cold, for a rep with our room keys to show up.
Park City Lodging, Inc. appreciates your taking time to review your stay at Edelweiss Haus. Guest comments give us the opportunity to learn how we can better serve our guests in the future. We sincerely apologize that the first property did not meet your needs and that your checkin did not go as planned. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again and assure you that we will exceed your expectations. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.
