Canyon Crossing 4 is located within 4 minutes of Park City Mountain Resort, 6 minutes of Deer Valley Resort and 7 minutes of Canyons. This conveniently located townhouse is a perfect getaway for your mountain vacation. Comfortably situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Prospector Square area of Park City, guests will enjoy this attractive and spacious 3 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bathroom townhome.
Featuring a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area seating 8 people and breakfast bar with 2 barstools, the adjacent living room includes a gas fireplace and 37" flat screen TV with media components. A 30" TV with media is located in a comfortable den, where guests can also enjoy the warm ambience of a gas fireplace. For added convenience, there is a TV in each bedroom; a 20" flat screen in the Master bedroom, 13" TV in Queen room and 32" TV/VCR in the Twin room.
Other appreciated amenities include high speed wireless internet (cable modem with wireless router), a private hot tub, washer/dryer and a 1 car garage. Canyon Crossing 4 comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in a King, Queen, Twin/Twin (can be made in to a king), a set of bunk beds and a sofa bed in the downstairs den. Access some of Park City's nearby hiking and biking trails during the summer months and enjoy the convenience of the free town wide shuttle all year long that picks up nearby and delivers you to many locations throughout the Park City area. This property is non-smoking. GROUPS: Canyon Crossing 4, 5, and 6 are adjacent properties. A great location for 15 - 25 people!
NOTE: Starting April 10th, the hot tub will be out of service for the summer. There is a $150 start up service fee.

Great location for skiing near Park City, Deer Valley and others. Superbly maintained with upgrades each year, this is our 4th year renting and it is a great spot for an extended family.

We loved the house, the location is perfect, easy access to the highway, the town shuttle and especially the rail trail for walking and biking. Everything in the house was in perfect order, well maintained and cared for. The only glitch was the pullout sofa bed in the basement--it was broken with a bent frame and missing springs, no one could spend a night on it, and that basically made the whole downstairs room with a private bathroom unusable. (the bunkbeds in that room were also not an option for an older couple)Otherwise, we love the house and hope to rent it again next summer. We have stayed at Canyon Crossing the first weekend in October for the last 3-4 years and have never had a bad experience. If there has ever been a problem, it has been handled quickly, without any trouble. It's location is great too. We will be back!

We have rented many different places in the Park City area and this was the best so far. The only real issue was with the hot tub. We think it needs to be bigger if the condo has more than three people and the tub appears to be a little old. Otherwise we enjoyed Canyon Crossing 4 and would rent it again.

The accomodations were great and it worked out well for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, except for maybe an electric frying pan, which would have made cooking a large breakfast so much easier. The contact people were prompt in providing the needed sheets for the lower unit pull-out sofa and fixing the master bath lite. All in all, it was really great and we hope to stay there again!

Very comfortable condo for the 8 of us but was not near a bus stop, we never did get the wireless internet hooked up and none of the TVs worked for the first couple of days.

This is a really nice house, located in a very convenient area in Park City. That said, the water pressure in all of the showers is terrible, and the living room could really use a bigger TV. I would have given it 5 out of 5 had these not been issues.

Very spacious, close to downtown, and other resorts. Very quiet, clean. Nice having a garage! There was a problem with the Hot Tub, but they were on it, so we only had a couple of days it wasn't working.
