Aspen Hollow 11 | Deer Valley Resort
Aspen Hollow 11 is located just .2 miles from Silver Lake Village in upper Deer Valley. This attractive 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome has ski out capabilities when snow conditions allow and access to the free town-wide shuttle. This property is equipped with a full kitchen, high-speed internet access and WiFi connection, a gas fireplace, barbeque grill, a private hot tub, and private washer/dryer. There are sleeping accommodations for 8 with a King, Queen, Queen, and Twin/Twin bed configuration. This is a non-smoking property.
SKI ACCESS: The ski trail from the edge of complex goes to the lifts at Snow Park in lower Deer Valley. The return ski trail comes to the opposite side of the street above Aspen Hollow and requires a short walk back to the condo.
NOTE: Starting April 10th, the hot tub will be out of service for the summer. There is a $150 start up service fee.

Why did you choose Park City, Utah for your second home? What about Park City appeals to you?
Easy access-from the Bay Area we can get to our home in about the same time or less than a home in Tahoe and once there the environment is so much nicer, easy to get around, great snow shoeing on groomed trails on off ski days, WONDERFUL SUMMERS, plenty of interesting restaurants and the skiing experience is the best we have experienced compared to CA, NV, CO and VT. The people at PC are also much more friendly.
What specifically do you enjoy about the location of your home?
In the winter the effort to ski is minimum, as we walk out of our garage to the trail 75 feet away and ski back and walk 1 block down the street to our home. This give a lot of flexibility to a family with different schedules and energy levels. Also, nice being so close to Silver Lake Lodge yet not in the higher density housing environment. Nice to get down to hill to PC for any needs, a show, restaurants, etc. In the summer the trails for hiking are near by, we can walk to Royal Street for lunch and the backyard with the Aspens and Pines is very private.
What is exceptional about your second home?
Our home just feels like the mountains with a lot of comfort. Having a dumb waiter to send up groceries and wood to the higher levels, the steam or indoor spa in the master or the spa in the backyard. The kitchen and great room are very group friendly for space and the lower family room allows the younger group to spend time together while the adults are upstairs. There are flat screens in the great room and family room and master (along with a complete sound system in the master as well). The keypad on the garage helps everyone to get in and out without worrying about keys. When other families or friends join us they really like the fact that each of the 4 bedrooms has an its own bathroom.

3250 SF, completed remodeled in 2003 and updated since that time. The main master is on the top floor, while the other 3 extra large bedrooms are on the middle floor with direct access to the deck, BBQ and spa.
