Park City Lodging, Inc. (formerly R&R Properties) has been providing excellence in property management and vacation rental services since 1984.
Our philosophy is very simple, we promise to do our best to promote your property and protect your investment. Reliability, hard work and dedication is what it takes to bring our best to you, our owners. Unlike many other management companies, we do not contract out for normal housekeeping and maintenance operations. Our own well trained and carefully supervised staff operates both departments, for much better quality control than is typical of many companies. Our Maintenance Department can handle many more types of minor repairs for less cost to you than other companies. If we do need to call in outside contractors for major issues such as plumbing, heating, electrical etc. we maintain a roster of the best and most reasonable contractors in the area. All departments, from housekeeping to accounting, are working to protect your property and to maximize the rental income you deserve. Park City Lodging works closely with the renowned Resort Rating Specialists (RRS) of Denver, Colorado to maintain consistently high quality in our rental properties. We are the first lodging company in Park City to be certified by RRS to provide objective, professional, and reliable property ratings. This process allows us to enhance and sustain our leading position in the vacation rental management industry.

Park City Lodging (PCL) understands the importance of selecting the right property management company. We feel the same way about selecting the right properties to represent. To become a partner with PCL, we require the following:
- Well maintained property: carpet, paint and furnishings in good condition
- Utilities paid and operating: telephone, heat, electric, cable, etc.
- Maintain a reserve account for unexpected expenses
- Satisfactory home liability, content and structure insurance
- Maintain open communication with PCL on requests for owner or owner guest use of property
- Permit PCL to make repairs and replace items as needed at a minimum cost
- Allow PCL to photograph and aggressively advertise property
- Meet PCL inventory and furnishing standards
